11 and 12 Belmont

This pair of late 18^th Century town houses in Shrewsbury were fully repaired and refurbished to house the Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury office and Parish Meeting Rooms with en-suite accommodation for the Catholic Clergy and Trainee Priests.

A new extension was built at basement level to provide a café for Parishioners and the general public.  Extensive landscaping also took place creating a sitting out area and pedestrian access from the Cathedral along with car parking.  The project was completed on time with a project value of £1.3M.
